Where's Libby?

They are not mini sausages on my breakfast yogurt, but don't they look like it? They are the weirdest grapes that I've ever seen.

I've been talking to my mum on what's app video everyday since the pandemic began. And every day, especially since her diagnosis, mum always asks where Libby is. And it's brought it to my attention that Libby is always close. Whether I'm in the living room (she'll be on there sofa next to me), the kitchen (she's on her bed), in the bath (she's on the floor next to the bath), I'm in the garden (she's right next to me). In fact the only time she isn't around me is if she's gone for a walk with her dad. It's really nice to think that she wants to be next to me all the time.

Now that I work full time (between a care home and a restaurant) I'm wearing a mask continually! And I have some pros and cons to share.

Pros -

- it covers chin spots

- you only need to make up half your face

- keeps your face warm

- covers gaps in your teeth

Cons -

- it causes chin spots

- you can't hear properly (I've decided I kind of lip read, so when people are wearing masks I struggle to hear)

- my goodness they are hot

- have you tried to drink or eat whilst forgetting you are wearing one? It's messy and you look really stupid!
