My apologies
Talking of the back of the throat, I was doing my weekly PCR test at work on Tuesday. I do struggle a lot and gag badly, but this week I actually vomited. Luckily I do it at a mirror over a sink so it was all caught but it was very unpleasant and very projectile, and rather embarrassing! It's made me dislike the process all the more!
My baby was 21 this week. (That's years not weeks or months by the way). We had a garden party (covid friendly) and offered build your own pizza and decorate your own cupcake! It was great fun and a huge success. Birthday boy (and his sister) were a little tipsy but that's very much expected. To be honest so was I. It was a lovely evening and the garden was decorated with fairy lights and candles. I told him that now he was an adult I would no longer remind (nag) him to trim his beard or wash his hair etc but of course that's not true at all. Mother's, and fathers, can't help but make small (ha ha ha) observations and recommendations!!
Drum roll please.... From Monday next week I am working M, Tu, W, Th, F, Sa, Su, M, Tu, W. That's 10 days in a row! I've no idea if I'll survive. I think I probably will. I am still really enjoying both jobs. They are so different from each other but I like that. Anyway if anyone is worried about me please feel free to check in but don't expect an immediate response! I might be either at work, in the bath or sleeping! Roll on 4 days off at the end!
Got my new car. As you can see it's blue. But it's very nice.
