Dundee? How?

The other day I was brushing my teeth ready to go to work (restaurant). I was dressed, wearing my uniform shirt. Hubby suddenly got a towel and wrapped it round my chest and held it at the neck. This was to stop me putting toothpaste on my shirt. Now if you're thinking Ahhh how sweet then stop that thought right now! He was just being a cheeky bugger treating me like a child who is not capable of brushing my teeth without an incident! Now the fact that he's probably right and I could so easily have thrown toothpaste all over my clothing is not the point here! I'm an adult and I do not need supervising. He's so annoying! (I like it really but don't tell him).

Well yesterday I bought a need car. A lovely orange Polo. I got a great deal (with £100 Amazon voucher and bottle of Bailey's thrown in). I was busy signing my life away when they suddenly said that someone in Dundee had bought it. I was sat in the showroom with the keys in my hand and the just test driven car sat on the forecourt in front of my eyes, and yet someone in Dundee had first dibs! Long story short I bought the same car but in blue. And (obviously) squeezed another £400 out of them. But still, beggars belief! Crazy internet world wide web world that we live in now. So much for possession being 9/10th of the law.

I've started my admin job in the care home. So far so good. I like it. There's a lot more sitting down than the other job but everyone seems nice and I'm sure I'll get to grips with it all soon.

My sister and brother in law are coming today. I'm very excited as I've not seen them for 18 months! I have Xmas gifts and 2 birthday presents for them both when they arrive! Happy days. Though the novelty of seeing BiL will soon wear off. He's teases me no end and when he and hubby get together I get no peace and they are just mean/rude! I live a hard life, you've just no idea. It's good to know that I provide so much entertainment with my issues (my senior/blonde moments let's say - no offence intented to real blondes, it's just a term of endearment).

Life is short, and it's up to you to make it sweet. Sarah Louise Delaney (who?)
