My compromise

So I've not and can not make my bed when I get out but I've found a compromise. I plump the pillows and add the posh pillows and cushion, so it's kind of half made. If I do go back to my room after more than an hour I will make it properly. There's so many articles online, about why I need to do this. Google it 😃

So it's so lovely to have dry January done. I have had wine, and bubbly, and gin, and Cointreau! And now it's sugar free February. Most of you will have seen that I'm signed up for the British Heart Foundations March challenge! I couldn't ignore it! And my mum and son convinced (bullied) me to do both months! This one is no added sugar (except valentine's) and March is no chocolate, sweets or fizzy drinks. It will be super hard but I hope very worthwhile. I want to get through and over my cravings. Then maybe I might lose weight! If possible, please sponsor me to give me that support. But more importantly sponsor me to give a little bit to such a great charity. BHF do fab work. Remember the biggest cause of death in this country is heart disease! More than stroke or cancer. Heart disease is the biggest killer of women! Period! Don't feel you have to give lots. Even the cost of a Costa. It's not for me, it's for a very important charity. Thank you, but only if you can afford it. Times are tough.

My house is full! My daughter (who lives alone) has joined our bubble. My son is still in the bubble. Hubby is working from home so he's always here instead of just half the year. The shopping! I feel like I'm always at the supermarket. Milk and bread disappears in a flash. I can't keep up with the banana demand! And as we're all working from home the wi-fi is struggling and groaning big time! We all work in different parts of the house on our laptops and PCs. It's kind of cute really. The good bits are that there is always someone making coffee. Someone else to share walk the dog. And occasionally someone else washes the dishes!

Never has my bath been so important to me.

Tomorrow is not promised. Tell someone today that you love them.

I'd like everyone who is reading this to tell someone that they love, how much you feel for them - right now!!
